Subscription Terms

These terms describe the billing, renewal, and cancellation conditions for premium subscriptions offered on the SeoulOracle website (seouloracle.ai). Your subscription is sold by 021flow (Zero to One Flow) (representative Sungtae Ryu, business reg. no. 317-09-03418), with card processing by Toss Payments Co., Ltd. Prices are shown and charged in Korean won (KRW); cards issued outside Korea are accepted.

1. Subscription plans

SeoulOracle offers monthly and annual premium plans. There is currently no free trial — premium features are available by purchase only. The features included in each plan (full feature access, unlimited questions, in-depth reports, ad-free experience, and more) and their prices apply as shown on the pricing page (/pricing).

2. When service starts, and for how long

A premium subscription is digital content — there is nothing to ship. Access opens on your account the moment payment is approved. The service period runs from the payment date for one month on the monthly plan and one year on the annual plan, and renews for the same period unless you cancel. If you do cancel, you keep access through the end of the period you have already paid for.

3. Auto-renewal

Your subscription automatically renews for the same period length until you cancel (monthly plans renew every month, annual plans every year). Charges are billed to your saved payment method at the start of each billing period, in Korean won (KRW) through Toss Payments.

4. Cancellation

You can turn off auto-renewal at any time in Account → Billing & subscription, or by emailing [email protected].

5. Plan changes

You may upgrade or downgrade to a higher or lower plan while subscribed. Changes generally take effect from your next billing period, and under the current policy no prorated adjustment may be provided at the time of change. In other words, your current period continues on the existing plan and the new plan applies from the next period.

6. Price changes

If a plan price changes, we will provide advance notice. For existing subscribers, the new price applies from the next renewal period that occurs after the notice, and does not affect the current period already in progress.

7. Taxes

Prices are shown in Korean won and include VAT. If you pay with a card issued outside Korea, the charge is made in Korean won; the amount in your own currency and any foreign-transaction fee are set by your card issuer.
