Use the install icon at the right of the address bar to run it as a desktop app.
You can get your daily reading as a morning notification. Turn it on in settings after installing.
Is there an app store version?
The install page lists whatever routes are currently available.

The installed app and your browser can hold separate sessions. Sign in once inside the installed app.
