Refund & Cancellation
Effective date: June 27, 2026
Paid plans purchased on SeoulOracle (seouloracle.ai) are processed by Paddle.com, our online reseller and Merchant of Record. This policy applies to purchases made on the web.
You may request a full refund within 14 days of purchase, provided you have not used any premium feature from that purchase. This applies to both subscriptions and credit packs.
Once you have received AI-generated, custom or one-time digital content — yearly forecast, in-depth compatibility, face/palm reading, naming, auspicious-date finder, etc. — partial refunds for that content are not available, because the generation cost (LLM analysis) has already been incurred. Any unused credit balance remains refundable within the window above. Refunds may also be limited in cases of fraud, refund abuse, violation of our Terms, or excessive usage.
Premium subscriptions auto-renew at the end of each billing period. You can turn off auto-renewal at any time in Account → Billing & subscription. There is no cancellation fee; you keep access through the end of the period you already paid for, and no further renewal occurs (cancellation is not immediate termination).
Annual plans are covered by the same 14-day, unused-feature full-refund rule; after that window, refunds may be limited depending on content usage above. We currently offer no free trial — premium is purchase-only. Where a purchase was made with a discount, coupon, or promotion, refunds are processed based on the amount actually charged.
Email [email protected] with the email you purchased with and your order details (date and amount), or request a refund through Paddle Buyer Support linked in your Paddle receipt email. We reply within 48 hours on business days.
Refunds are issued through Paddle, our Merchant of Record, back to your original payment method. Approved refunds are processed by Paddle; depending on your card issuer or bank it typically takes 5–10 business days to appear.
This policy does not limit mandatory consumer-protection rights in your jurisdiction (e.g., the Korea E-Commerce Act, or the EU Consumer Rights Directive). Where the law grants additional refund or withdrawal rights, those rights prevail.
If you purchased inside the iOS or Android app via the Apple App Store or Google Play, refunds follow that store’s own policy and process.
