Consider Premium only when you want the deeper layers: decade luck, the auspicious-date finder, full chart analysis, and the premium reports.

Monthly or yearly — which is better?

If you read regularly, yearly is the clear win: it works out to about $5 a month — over 40% less than paying monthly ($9.99 × 12). If you only check in now and then, start monthly and cancel anytime.

Can I cancel anytime?

Yes. Cancel from your account at any time. Access continues through the end of your billing period.

Do you offer refunds?

Web purchases (processed by Paddle, our Merchant of Record): full refund within 14 days if no premium feature was used — see our Refund & Cancellation Policy. In-app purchases follow the Apple App Store or Google Play policy.

How do payments work?

On the web, payments run through Paddle (our Merchant of Record) by credit or debit card and are shown in your local currency. In the iOS and Android apps, billing goes through the Apple App Store or Google Play in-app purchase using your store account. Either way, Premium unlocks on the same account.

What if I don't know my birth time?

That's fine — you'll still get your chart and readings from the year, month, and day. Adding the hour pillar (時柱) sharpens the personality, relationship, and timing insights. If you're unsure, our Birth-Time Finder estimates your most likely time block from a few questions.

How are the readings generated, and how accurate are they?

First our own Saju engine computes an exact chart — accounting for solar terms, the lunar calendar, leap months, decade luck, and the classical stars. Then AI turns that into clear, readable prose, tuned so two different people never get the same generic answer. Treat readings as guidance for reflection and decisions, not as fixed prediction.

Is my birth data kept private?

Yes. Birth data travels over encrypted connections (TLS), is stored with strict access controls, and is used only to compute your readings. We never sell your data.
