Asking the Oracle

A counsel that already knows your chart — and that can run the product's features to answer you.

What to ask

The more situation you give it, the better. The Oracle answers knowing your natal chart, today's day pillar and your history in the product.

1

Good — "I have been at this company three years. Is this the year to move?"

2

Good — "I want to move next month. Which direction suits me?"

3

Weak — "How is my chart?" (too broad; you get a general answer)

It runs features for you

Rather than only answering, it will go and use the product where that helps. The steps it took are listed above the answer.

1

Reading your chart, today's fortune, yearly / monthly / decade cycles, auspicious dates, compatibility and your credit balance all run immediately and free.

2

Every step is labelled "free", so what happened without charge is visible rather than implied.

Anything paid needs your approval

The Oracle cannot spend your credits. It raises an approval card showing the exact cost, your current balance and your balance afterwards. Nothing is deducted until you press the button.

1

Check the number of credits on the card.

2

Press "Use" and it runs, and only then is the cost deducted.

3

Press "Later" and nothing at all happens.

4

For PRO features you get a subscription notice instead of a credit cost. Nothing is deducted there either.

How many questions

Free accounts get 3 questions a day, reset at midnight. PRO has no limit.

Common questions

Does asking the same thing twice cost credits?

Asking is covered by your free daily allowance. Credits are only spent when you approve a paid action.

The approval card disappeared.

Cards expire after 30 minutes so you are never charged against a stale price. Ask again and a fresh one appears.

The answer stopped halfway.

Ask again and it will continue. Interrupted answers are not charged.

Worth knowing

· You can attach a photo to a question.

· Conversations are saved as threads and can be reopened from the history list.
