Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (the "Terms") govern your use of SeoulOracle (the "Service") and set out the rights and obligations between the operator of the Service and you. By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
SeoulOracle is operated by 021flow (Zero to One Flow), a sole proprietor (representative Sungtae Ryu). Business registration no. 317-09-03418; address A-2704, 25 Beopjo-ro, Yeongtong-gu, Suwon-si, Gyeonggi-do, Republic of Korea. For inquiries, please contact [email protected]. The same business-identity details are shown in a table at the bottom of these Terms.
SeoulOracle computes Korean Saju (四柱八字 / Four Pillars) charts from the birth information you provide (date, time, and place of birth) and, on that basis, offers daily readings ("today's fortune"), compatibility analysis, cycle and fortune forecasts (major and annual luck cycles), an AI conversational guide (Ask the Oracle), face and palm readings, naming, auspicious-date finding, and a Korean-style self-portrait, among other features. The Free tier provides a limited daily reading, a basic chart, and limited questions and compatibility checks; the Premium tier includes the full feature set, unlimited questions, in-depth reports, and ad removal. Paid plans are offered as subscriptions or credits.
Some features require you to create an account and sign in. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for activity that occurs under your account. As a rule, one person may hold only one account. We may restrict or terminate access without prior notice in cases of fraudulent use, automated abuse, security breaches, or violations of these Terms.
Payments made on the website (seouloracle.ai) are processed through Paddle.com, and Paddle.com acts as the Merchant of Record for those orders. Payment-instrument details such as card number and CVC are not stored directly by 021flow (Zero to One Flow) (SeoulOracle); they are handled by payment processors such as Paddle. In-app purchases on iOS and Android (Apple App Store / Google Play) are separate from web payments and are governed by each store's own payment and refund policies.
Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns.
Premium subscriptions are offered on a monthly or annual basis and automatically renew at the same interval until you cancel. When you cancel, you retain access through the end of the current billing period you already paid for, and you are not charged for the following period. There is currently no free trial; Premium is available by purchase only. We will give advance notice of any price change. You may request a full refund within 14 days of purchase, provided you have not used any premium feature from that purchase. However, refunds may be limited for AI content that has already been generated and delivered, since the generation cost has already been incurred. For full conditions, please see the Refund & Cancellation Policy (/refund-policy). These Terms do not limit any mandatory consumer-protection rights you may have under the law of your place of residence.
You must not: use the Service unlawfully or in violation of applicable law; infringe the rights of others; attempt to reverse-engineer or extract the Service, its models, or its prompts; engage in excessive automation or bulk requests; exploit security vulnerabilities; generate or distribute spam, phishing, fraud, malware, or illegal content; or take any action that violates the Paddle Acceptable Use Policy.
Rights in the Service, its logo, UI, code, documentation, and content provided by SeoulOracle belong to 021flow (Zero to One Flow) (제로투원플로우). The birth information and other inputs you provide remain yours and are processed to deliver the Service. AI-generated interpretations are not guaranteed to be accurate; you are responsible for verifying them and for using them in a way that does not infringe the rights of third parties.
The operator may change features or pricing plans, and may temporarily suspend all or part of the Service for maintenance or to address incidents. For material changes, we will endeavor to provide reasonable advance notice.
The Service is provided "as is." The operator does not warrant that the Service will be error-free or available without interruption in all environments. Saju and related interpretations are provided for self-reflection and entertainment and are not a substitute for professional medical, legal, financial, or psychological advice. For decisions in those areas, please consult a qualified professional.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea. In the event of a dispute relating to use of the Service, the parties will make good-faith efforts to resolve it amicably.
